  Awesome place to stay. The wife and I have been staying there for the past 5 years and sometimes 3 times each year. Condos are huge, clean, and the enclosed rv garage fits our 30ft boat with ease. We do the whole reservation transaction on line we pull into town sometimes late after work at night, key in the lock box and drive out when we are done.Can't beat the customer service and price. We paid more money for shabby hotel rooms including the ones claim to be resorts which we'll never go back to.

  What an awesome experience! We rented a 2 Bed Villa for a quick weekend trip for my birthday and Annie made the entire process easy and painless. The rates are more than fair and the service is top notch. We booked entirely way to late, and even last minute they accommodated us. The house was beautiful and easy to find. Being so close to the lake made it easy to get on and off the water, and there was plenty of room to pull in my 30' pontoon boat before slipping it. We will definitely be using AVR for our next stay in Havasu. Thanks again to Annie for making my birthday trip just that much better!
